Q: How do I track my orders?
A: We usually send out your package to shipping forwarder within 36 hours after we get your payment, and update your order status and shipping info at your eDayDiet account after we send out your order.

Q: Where do you ship from and how many days arrive?
A: We used to ship the items from China by EMS or HKEMS.
    It will take 5-7 working days after we send out the order for most countries you could receive the order normally,including USA, Canada, Australia, UK, France, Germany, Israel, All Asia and so on.but it will take several days more if some countries not have many flights from China or Hongkong.

Q: What is the various order status mean on your website?
A:Pending: You haven't pay the order or we haven't known you pay us.
   Paid: We have received your payment (by paypal,western union,moneygram or bank transfer) and we were preparing your order.
   Processing:We have received your payment (by Credit Card)
   Fail: Your payment have been failure.
   Send out:We have sent out your order to our shipping forwarder.

Q: How do I do if I can not receive the item during various reasons?
A. One:Due to the transportation problem, the customer can not receive the order. Our company undertakes all the responsibility for the reasons below:
          1.Due to our wrong operation, wrong products are sent out. You can choose full refund or redelivery.

   Two.Our company undertakes part of the responsibility for the reasons below:
         1.Customer submitted incorrect delivery information, which caused the parcel, fails to be delivered or undeliverable. Customer needs to pay the shipping fee if you want resend. If you choose refund, we will refund but deduct shipping charges.
         2. Customer submitted the delivery info right but failed to deliver for three times by the post office. When the parcel is returned, customer needs to pay the shipping fee if you want resend. If you choose refund, we will refund but deduct shipping charges.
         3. Customer refuses to sign up the parcel; we will refund but deduct the shipping charges. We will give you suggestions about the hot products, please choose the products you want carefully as you will be take care of the marketing and overstocking of products. We can not accept return due to reasons beyond quality problem.
