A:Edaydiet display the discount price for nearly all items in product page,Customers could see all discount price at "Qty Discounts New Price".Such as 1 bag Meizitang soft gel is Usd14.99, 3 bags Meizitang soft gel is Usd11.99.

Q:Where will you ship the goods and how to know the shipping charges?
A:We locate and ship all the goods from Guangzhou,China.Customers could know shipping charges before order.You could click button "estimate shipping" after you add the goods to shopping cart,then choose the country(you are need us to ship),then click "Update",you will see the accurate shipping charges.

Q:What's the difference for "Free Shipping" and "Zone Rates"?
It is the same shipping methods(HKEMS or EMS) for "Free Shipping" and "Zone Rates",and it will takes 5-7 working days delivery to many countries after we ship the items.
But "Free Shipping" is for customers who comes from some countries we offer free shipping when order up to Usd120.

   Fail: Your payment have been failure.
   Send out:We have sent out your order to our shipping forwarder.
   Update:Your order have update news.(Just we have important news want to report you.)
   Delievered:We have delivered the order to the consignee.
   Refund: Payment refunded already.
   Cancel: You have noticed us cancel your order.

Q: Why my payment was "fail" and result "Decline"?
   "Decline" means your issue bank or our receive bank decline the payment,which possible is reason by customers imput wrong payment info.
   So we suggest our customers to try a new order again if you see the payment is fail and result "Decline".If you still couldn't succeed after 2 times,you could ask us or your issue bank for help.
